Replenishment is how your branch asks the warehouse to deliver supplies. You pick what you need, set quantities, and submit. The owner reviews and approves the request, then the warehouse crew delivers. This article covers the staff side: requesting what you need.
How the full flow works
DRAFT โ PENDING (you submit) โ APPROVED (owner reviews) โ IN_ROUTE (on the way) โ DELIVERED (arrived, needs verification) โ COMPLETED (verified, stock updated).
How to request a replenishment
Go to Inventory and tap Replenish
From the sidebar, tap Inventory. At the top-right of the page, tap the Replenish button. If you have items running low, the button shows a red badge with the count.
You'll land on the dedicated Replenishment page
Amari opens the full Replenishment page (not a popup) with two columns:
- Left โ search + list of items you can add
- Right โ your current request cart
Any items that are currently low in stock are pre-filled in the cart so you don't have to hunt for them.
Pick a filter to find items faster
Above the list on the left, use the filter pills to narrow down:
- Low Stock โ only items running low (default)
- All โ everything
- Ingredients โ consumables (powders, syrups, pearls)
- Supplies โ cups, lids, bags, straws
You can also type in the search box to find an item by name.
Add items to the cart
Tap any item in the left list to add it to the cart. It moves over with quantity 1. Use the + and โ buttons (or tap the number directly) to set the quantity you need.
If you add an item by mistake, tap the trash icon on the right side of the cart row to remove it.
Add a note (optional)
The Notes field at the bottom is for anything the owner should know โ "urgent", "running out by tomorrow", "use premium brand this time", etc.
Save Draft or Submit
You have two choices at the top-right:
- Save Draft โ keeps your request as a work-in-progress. Nothing is sent to the owner yet. You can come back later from the Inventory page to finish it.
- Submit Request โ sends it to the owner immediately for approval. The owner gets an email and can approve in the Warehouse page.
Coming back to a draft
Drafts show up on the Inventory page as an amber dashed banner at the top that says "N drafts in progress". Each draft has a Resume button โ tap it to open the replenishment page right where you left off.
Drafts are shared across your branch, so any staff member can continue a draft that a coworker started. This is useful when you're building a big weekly order together.
Editing an already-submitted request
If you already submitted a request but realize you forgot an item or need to change a quantity, you can still edit it โ as long as the owner hasn't approved it yet.
- On the Inventory page, find the PENDING request in the banner
- Tap the Edit button
- Make your changes and hit Submit Request again
The owner will get a "modified" email showing the updated list.
Once approved, you can't edit
After the owner approves the request, it's locked in. If you need to add more items, start a new request instead.
What happens after I submit
- The owner gets an email notification
- Owner reviews the items and quantities in the Warehouse page
- Owner approves, adjusts, or excludes specific items
- Warehouse crew marks the request as In-Route, then Delivered
- When delivered, someone at your branch verifies the actual quantities received (in case of shortage or substitution)
- Once verified, the stock is added to your branch's inventory automatically
